If you notice that a truck is not polling in TMW. 1. Check Total Mail to ensure the correct T number is assigned to the truck. 2. If it correct check the equipment history tab in the OT1 Portal 3. If the truck is not displaying in the equipment history tab please escalate to the IT department so we can send in a ticket to Omnitracs for them to resolve this issue.
